We have worked with Dana Stenquist for renovations multiple times, at several locations over many years.It is a pleasure to know Dana and to work with him. He is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of home building, and is able to solve any challenge that arises (as there are always many challenges during building and renovations, often needing creative and innovative solutions to solve within cost and budget). He has an excellent team of craftsmen including carpenters, painters, electricians and others, and he is a superb manager of these resources, matching the right person to each task. Dana himself is a very skilled craftsperson, and he gets into the mix hands on, any time it is needed. We have worked with Dana for over 10 years, since moving into our home in Sherborn. During that time, Stenquist Custom Builders have been our go-to for a series of interior and exterior projects large and small including expanding our home, renovating our kitchen, upgrading decks, modifying a carriage house and gutting and upgrading our master bedroom and bath.
